Oven (up to 550°F), microwave, and dishwasher safe. If you opt for hand-washing, be sure to give it an extra-thorough scrub from time-to-time with a little baking soda to get rid of any oils. Note that your mat will develop a patina with use—this is perfectly normal and won’t affect its performance. Any indents you see after opening will disappear once you’ve baked with it a couple of times.

Cooks evenly and cleans easily

This is an excellent silicone mat as it fits right in my baking sheets, is nice and thin, and comes clean easily. Much easier to use and clean than some other options that I've tried. Also the grid markings are helpful when making cookies or anything that needs to be evenly spaced.

works great; hard to degrease

Keeps my sheet pan clear of baked on stuff, making clean up of the sheet pan easy; more economical than parchment paper. But it's hard to wash clear of grease. Have tried soaking in a sink tub of hot soapy water; similarly, hard to rinse off all the soap. Have had some slightly soapy tasting roasted vegetables. Maybe would do better in dishwasher but I don't want to wash my dishes along with whatever plastic this is made of; and I am not dedicating a wash cycle to just this one plastic mat by itself.
