Cannot make it work.
It does not stay on the wall with the weight of a dishtowel, alas.

Works well, looks good
So far, I have bought 4 hooks, to use behind the doors in the bathroom, laundry room, also on the side wall of the kitchen cabinet to hang my aprons. They have worked out well thus far, and look good doing it. You have to use clean surfaces both on the back of the hook and where you need to place the hook. You have to put the hook with suction cup first and then put and tighten the screw on top of it holding the hook in place, that way it has held up really well so far. Buying 2 more. The only downside is the price. However, for the amount of money I have spent on other hooks over the years and was disappointed for one reason or another, it doesn’t hurt so bad.
great hook, but chunky
We needed a suction hook to hold a dish towel on the front of our porcelain farmhouse sink. This matte black hook coordinates perfectly with our kitchen cabinet hardware. However, it is a bit large and chunky, so we need to carefully hang the towel to drape over the hook to ensure the towel doesn't fall. Would work perfectly if the hook was a bit smaller and longer on the upward curve and/or if we use dish towels with looped labels. But all-in-all a great hook.
