Makes 12 tarts (1/4 cup capacity each). Pan measures 14.12" W x 9.56" L x 1.18" H.
Care & Notes +-
Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with hot soapy water. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or spray with unsalted vegetable shortening with flour in the spray. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
